In order to aid during lockdown, the app has launched initiatives such as Immunity Assessment Tests which can be taken by anyone free of cost and those who score low will be getting consultations from trained coaches. It has launched home workouts on and daily live workouts. Some other new features include trackers for sleep and hand washing, factors that are the fundamentals of long-term immunity. These features are available for all users. By this initiative, people can build healthy habits to improve their immune system.
