Rajasthan Royals has come into a partnership with INSEAD Business School based in Fontainebleau, France, to launch an online programme on ‘Leadership and Performance’, conducted by INSEAD faculty. Director of Cricket of Rajasthan Royals Kumar Sangakkara and the Captain of the team Sanju Samson will deliver the lessons on leadership through reflections into their experience at the highest degree of highly competitive sport to the enrolled students as part of the course curriculum.
Through cricket, the Jaipur-based franchise cricket team has taken another step into the education and learning field. According to the partnership, the faculty of INSEAD will deliver the knowledge and share their experiences to assist executives to confront the fast-paced digital era and its challenges. Furthermore, the INSEAD coaches will provide one-on-one guidance to the prominent leaders to outline a customized Leadership Action Plan. There are limited seats available, and registrations will close on 10 November 2021.

Recently, Rajasthan Royals also introduced the Royals School of Business, the sports and sports-allied professional education platform. At the moment, it has six courses, namely Leadership and Performance: Lessons from Business and Cricket, Sports Marketing Foundation, Sports Marketing Advanced, Sports Media and Broadcasting, Sports Events and Facilities Management and Professional Certificate in Social Media Marketing.
