Rage Fan, Pioneering in NFTs in sports

In early 2021 Mr. Satheesh Ananthasubramanian launched Rage Fan as a fan-first decentralized sports platform, with the vision is to democratize sports with the help of  blockchain technology. Being an Engineer by education with  about 25+ years of experience in the technology space, Satheesh feels that in a cricket-worshipping nation, other sports are beginning to find their rightful place and Rage Fan  wants to contribute in its own way to that transformation. Blockchain provides the tools and creates an environment of trust for local communities to get involved. Rage Fan wants to be able to take this to smaller clubs and communities across the country,  and liberate sports with the help of technology.

Rage Fan currently has a vast list of products such as;

· Utility NFTs: Stake and Mint platform that has gamified yields with NFTs earning rewards based on outcomes in sports events to all the NFT holders.

·  Fan Tokens: a form of cryptocurrency at the Team/League/Player level that gives holders access to a variety of fan-related membership perks like voting on club decisions, rewards, merchandise designs and unique experiences.

·  Daily Fantasy Sports Platform: first to bring fantasy sports to blockchain with the benefit of transparency to operations and made it interesting with NFTs as in-game multipliers. No third  party interference on the app to change the outcomes of the rewards.

· Flagship Token Hunt Platform (Scramble): Scramble is a Pokemon Go like Augmented Reality (AR) Mobile App. Using Scramble users can hunt and collect crypto tokens and NFTs  anywhere in the world. A seamless combination of blockchain and AR to bring out a unique and engaging NFT capture experience. Users can view the list of NFTs or Crypto Tokens in  the app and they move about in their location to collect them.

Rage Fan has reported that within 24 hours of the launch of the upcoming T20 World Cup NFTs, all the NFTs of the  Indian Cricket team were sold out. They are the official Fan Token partner of St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots (SKNP), who finished  as champions of the 2021 CPLT20 (Caribbean Premier League).
